In a typical website development, portal development, product development or re-engineering task, the company assigns a small team of two to four IT professionals to visit a client's site and determine the scope and requirements of the project. Once the initial specifications are established, some of the team members, typically project manager return to India to supervise a much larger team. The remaining team members remain at the client's place to address changes in scope as the project progresses.

Once the website development, portal development, product development or re-engineering task is completed and tested, the system is deployed at the client's site. After this phase we enter into a maintenance contract with the client.
